When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with packing material to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
Please note: our return address and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound.
Once your payment has cleared, we will begin packaging and shipping your order. With some exceptions based on the order contents, many cryptocurrency orders qualify for our QuickShip® Program, providing next-day processing for domestic orders. This is an added benefit of buying Gold and Silver bullion with cryptocurrency from Capital Bullion. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes the tracking number.
When you place an order at Capital Bullion, you can track your order’s progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. As soon as your order ships, typically within 1 business day of cleared payment, you will receive an email notification of shipment.
You can then follow along in your My Account area at capitalullion.net. Our customers are fully informed of the location of their metals at all times between the package being picked up at our facility by the carrier and final delivery. You will know if your package will require a signature at delivery or not before finalizing your order at checkout.

To ensure complete customer confidence, every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund or exchange. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit – once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the delivery confirmation, our coverage ceases. HOW DO YOU WRAP YOUR PACKAGES?
All our packages are carefully and discretely wrapped, typically in brown or white corrugated boxes and do not to give any indication as to the contents inside.
MY PACKAGE APPEARS TO BE LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We see very few delivery issues with our carriers, but sometimes delays do occur. In those situations, we appreciate your patience to wait a little longer for your package (at least 7 business days) before contacting us. Should the package not arrive, an investigation of the shipment is required before any order is reshipped or refunded. We may ask you to file a police report if it appears loss is due to theft or tampering. Your assistance speeds up the investigation and the sooner we complete it, the sooner we can resolve the missing order.
